DEP Exhausts produces a wide range of 2-stroke expansion pipes. Each has been produced from high-quality CR1 grade mild steel. The thickness of the expansion tube ranges from 0.9-1.2 mm (depending on the model and purpose). The metal stamping is made from DEP's drawings, using CNC cylinder brackets and laser-cut mounting brackets, all made with high-quality TIG and MIG welding in their factory. All models are available in Raw bare metal (factory) finish.
Each pipe was designed using DEP's in-house DYNO and on-track testing to ensure performance, improved over the bike's OE pipe.
